30 Day Return Policy

If you purchase a product from our web site and decide that you no longer want it, we can offer you a refund if all the following criteria are met:

- We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- The product must be unopened and unused.

- The exterior of the product package must be free from damage or marking of any kind.

- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

- Note that our 30 day return policy does not apply to items that have been engraved. Also, we use fiber laser marking which is a surface marking process. Traditional engraving, which etches into the plastic and which is then filled with ink, may be available for an additional fee.

Some special order items that we procured for a specific application may not be refundable.
