30 Day Return Policy
If you purchase a product from our web site and decide that you no longer want it, we can offer you a refund if all the following criteria are met:
- We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unopened and unused
- The exterior of the package must be free from damage or marking of any kind
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Credit Card orders that are cancelled are subject to a 4% processing fee that we are, in turn, charged by our credit card processor. Also, we may have specially ordered product from our suppliers in order to fill your order. Many times, we cannot return these items without penalty.
Some special order items that we procured for a specific application may not be refundable.

Q: Does Radio Depot refund shipping and provide a return shipping label?
A: Unless an incorrect or defective product was delivered, Radio Depot does not offer refunds on the shipping cost. Generally, we do not cover return shipping unless a mistake was made in the order, but we can provide a return label at our discounted rates if requested.
Q: What products are not covered under our return policy?
A: Digitally delivered entitlement IDs and certain special order items are not refundable. Our team will discuss any special return conditions for specific items with you before the item(s) ship.
